In honor of Independence Day, Pyramid Panama City's general education classes divided into to teams to see who could create the most patriotic poster and, woohoo, the stars and stripes have never looked better. Panama City Developmental Center Administrator Amy Coltharp, who acted as judge, had some hard decisions to make, but ultimately announced the winners as:

• 1st Place - Stars and Stripes in Tissue Paper (Instructor: Amber Brock)
• Second Place - Home of the Brave (Instructor: Shamain Long)
• Third Place - Weathered Flag in Gauze (Instructor: Samantha Bennett)

Everyone had a wonderful time collaborating to create these beautiful works of patriotic art.  The winning teams will enjoy a pizza party and all participants in the competition will receive an ice cream party.  The classes will continue to learn more about patriotism throughout the month of July.
