Santa, Mrs. Claus and Elf in front of thank you signs

Employees of Pyramid Panama City and Panama City Developmental Center (PCDC) and their families gathered at The Shrimp Boat on December 1st to mix and mingle at a holiday luncheon hosted by management company Quest Management Group. The day's events came complete with great food and fellowship, door prizes for the employees, a holiday song sing-a-long and hot chocolate, crafts and gifts for the children (distributed by jolly old St. Nick himself).

It was the first time many of the employees were together since Hurricane Michael hit in early October, leaving their homes and the centers in which they worked damaged and broken. The luncheon gave the employees a chance to touch base and reassure themselves that their co-workers...their friends...were well and it also gave them the opportunity to reconnect as the family they are. All attending had a wonderful time!

Many thanks to those who helped make this event possbile and a special thanks to ARC of Florida and their affiliates and the many community members and businesses who stepped up to help make the holidays a little brighter for the employees of Pyramid and PCDC and their families. We are truly grateful.
