Oasis Center Hearts Pyramid

On June 28,  Tallahassee's Oasis Center for Women and Girls  hosted an art exhibit and donated the proceeds from the event to Pyramid Studios Tallahassee!  The "I Heart Art" exhibit included artwork and crafts created by girls attending the "Girls Can Do Anything" Camp, which teaches participants to rock the world through educational activities, adventures and ART.  Earlier in the week, Pyramid Program Coordinator Candice Cyr visited Oasis to speak to the campers, then after a flurry of creativity, their works were displayed and sold and the proceeds were donated to Pyramid.  It was an awesome art show with lots of happy campers (literally) and a wonderful collaboration! Many thanks to Oasis Center's Executive Director Michelle Gomez (pictured with Girls Can Do Anything! camper Estelle) and her crew for including Pyramid in their endeavors to teach these warrior girls about making a difference and for their continued support of Pyramid Studios Tallahassee!
